BOOKING INFORMATION

Please specify during the booking where and when you would ideally like to see Dr Chandra. His Personal Assistant (PA) will contact you by telephone or email and confirm an appointment immediately. If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurance provider to obtain a ‘pre-authorisation code’.

If you cannot travel to one of Dr Chandra’s clinics, his team will arrange a telephone or video consultation (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype). For insured patients, telephone and video consultations are usually covered by your insurance provider.

After your initial consultation Dr Chandra will send you a letter detailing your symptoms, risk factor profile and a tailored management plan. If diagnostics tests are required his PA will organise a date and time with you and arrange a follow-up consultation to review the results.
